Hello and welcome!
I’m Aspa Kandyli, licensed teacher, trauma-informed sleep consultant, parenting coach, and breastfeeding educator.
I have spent the last 15 years teaching children in two countries and in various educational settings. When I became a mother in 2017, I immersed myself further in the world of parenting and parent coaching.
Combining my background in education and social studies (with a focus on cultural and ethnic identity formation), as well as my work in promoting trauma-informed practices, the support I offer is gentle and empowering.
My mission is to help you enjoy your family life and build a strong connection to your child by using science and compassion.

I offer one-on-one consultations about sleep and parenting, weminars and guides.
Sleep Consultations
In our sleep consultations, you will receive information and support on difficulties such as frequent awakenings, night weaning, early morning awakenings, bedtime resistance, nap transitions and more. I do not use sleep training methods, but instead I use responsive methods that strengthen the parent-child bond and promote the child's healthy psychosomatic development.
Parenting Consultations
In parenting sessions, you will receive information and support on difficulties such as tantrums, stopping with breastfeeding, limit setting, and more. I do not use punishments, but instead I use responsive methods that strengthen the parent-child bond and promote the child's healthy psychosomatic development.

With the webinars and guides, you will get the most important information about the difficulties you are facing and learn the (gentle) techniques you can use.
